I wanted to share what really makes this property stand out, its superb location in the highly sought-after area of Cas Català, Illetas.
From the house you can stroll to lovely sandy beaches, relaxed beach bars and some great local brunch spots, cafés, restaurants and shops.
There’s also a nearby marina, giving you easy access to waterfront dining and leisure. You’re also only around 10–15 minutes from Palma’s city centre and roughly the same from the airport, which makes day-to-day life and travel incredibly convenient.
The area is also well served by respected international schools, adding to its appeal for families as well as those looking for an lock up and go holiday home.
